Up to 30 days after your purchase date, you may return any unused, unopened product for a full refund of your purchase price with no restock charge. Shipping fees are nonrefundable, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to return any products. We will not accept returns of opened, used products.

ControlPal Shipping Policy
Products purchased from ControlPal ship via UPS unless otherwise stated. Orders received before 5:00 pm, EST, Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm, EST, Monday through Thursday will ship the next day unless that day is a holiday. Orders placed after 5:00 pm, EST on Friday will ship the following Monday unless that Monday is a holiday.
